Return, Refund & Dispute Policy

At Equity Duke, LLC, we aim to deliver value, clarity, and professionalism in every service and product we offer. In the event a customer is unsatisfied or needs to request a return, refund, or dispute resolution, the following policies apply.

Physical Product Return Policy (If Applicable)

If Equity Duke offers physical products (workbooks, printed materials, tools, merchandise, etc.):

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or templates

  • Customized products

  • Printed materials with digital access codes redeemed

  • Services, consultations, or training sessions

Return Process:

Email mdirector@theequityduke.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #XXXX.

  1. Include your full name, product, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for Physical Products:

  • Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Digital Products, Templates & Online Bundles

Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, the following applies:

Refunds for Digital Products Are Only Granted When:
  The buyer has not downloaded or accessed the file(s).
  A technical issue on our end prevents delivery.
  The customer purchased the product more than once by mistake.

Non-Refundable Digital Products Include:

  • Financial toolkits, templates, spreadsheets

  • SOP files, business bundles, credit-building or bankruptcy blueprint materials

  • Any downloadable PDF, Excel sheet, Google Sheet, or Notion template

  • Instant-access online content, courses, or frameworks

3. Consulting Services & 1-on-1 Strategy Sessions

Because consulting involves reserved time and personalized work:

Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • Cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Work has not yet begun on custom build-outs or deliverables.

Non-Refundable Once:

  • The session has been held

  • Work on custom spreadsheets, financials, or documents has already started

  • Digital files have been delivered during or before sessions

4. Dispute Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.

Step 1 – Contact Us First
Email support@theequityduke.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Any screenshots or documentation

Step 2 – Response Time
You will receive a reply within 2–3 business days, with a resolution or request for additional information.

Step 3 – Mediation (if required)
If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation/arbitration before taking legal action.

 

 5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting Equity Duke first may result in account suspension and cancellation of access to purchased materials.

  • If the payment was unauthorized or accidental, contact us immediately for a direct resolution.
